King Mortgages Ltd have been established since 2016 and were incorporated in 2018.
We are independent Mortgage & Protection Brokers and strive to make sure every customer gets the best mortgage and insurance advice available. Whether that's as a first time buyer, moving home or remortgaging. We will also make sure you're financially protected with the right life insurance, critical illness plans or income protection policies. We are experts in helping people with less than perfect credit histories or those wishing to consolidate debt, if appropriate, and have helped many people who thought they couldn't get a mortgage succeed. MORTGAGE & FINANCIAL ADVICE - What is the the best mortgage for you, and why is this the best mortgage for you? We always make sure you understand all the jargon and will explain everything to you. You will fully understand your finances and mortgage requirements.

MORTGAGE APPLICATION - We take care of all the paperwork for you so that it's all done correctly to make your life easier.

ADMINISTRATION - We are with you from the start to the finish and will administer your case until the keys are in your hand which means we deal with the mortgage lender. We also liaise with solicitors, estate agents, surveyors and insurers to keep things as efficient and stress free for you which means we can keep you up-to-date with where things are, without you having to spend a lifetime on hold on the phone.
